3.3 As a UK manufacturer using recycled materials, slight colour shade variations, recycled texture marks, or packaging updates may occur between production batches.

3.4 We reserve the right to improve, modify or discontinue products without notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 All prices displayed on our Website are in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Delivery charges are calculated separately and shown during checkout.

4.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed.

4.4 Full payment must be received before Goods are dispatched.

4.5 We accept payment methods listed on our Website at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery times shown on our Website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• couriers,
• weather,
• customs,
• transport disruptions,
• supplier shortages,
• peak seasonal demand,
• or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5.3 Risk in the Goods passes to you once delivery has been completed to the address provided during checkout.

5.4 Ownership of the Goods transfers once full payment has been received.

5.5 Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate and accessible for courier vehicles or pallet deliveries.

6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

6.1 You should inspect all Goods upon delivery.

6.2 Any damaged, faulty or incorrect Goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery where possible.

6.3 We may request:

• photographs,
• batch numbers,
• packaging information,
• or return of the Goods for inspection.

6.4 If we determine the Goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly, we may at our discretion:

• replace the Goods,
• provide a partial refund,
• provide a full refund,
• or arrange collection.

6.5 We are not responsible for damage caused by:

• improper storage,
• overloading,
• modification,
• commercial misuse outside intended application,
• normal wear and tear.

7. Returns & Cancellation Rights

7.1 Consumers purchasing online have the right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days of receiving Goods under UK consumer law.

7.2 To exercise this right, you must contact us in writing before returning the Goods.

7.3 Returned Goods must:

• be unused,
• in original packaging,
• and suitable for resale.

8.1 Bulk, wholesale, pallet, OEM or custom-manufactured orders may be subject to separate agreements and conditions.

8.2 Special-order or custom-produced Goods may not be cancellable once production has started.

8.3 Customers purchasing Goods for resale are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations and product suitability in their market.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the value of the Goods purchased.

9.3 We shall not be liable for:
