Delivery Information
At Lianpak, we work hard to provide fast, reliable and cost-effective delivery services throughout the United Kingdom.
As a UK manufacturer and supplier, many of our products are dispatched directly from our warehouse and production facility to ensure efficient delivery and fresh stock availability.

Remote & Extended Area Deliveries
Additional delivery charges may apply to certain remote or offshore locations, including but not limited to:
- Scottish Highlands & Islands
- Northern Ireland
- Isle of Man
- Isle of Wight
- Channel Islands
- Some postcode areas including AB, BT, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW, PA, PH, TR and ZE regions
If an additional surcharge applies, we will contact you before dispatch.
Delivery Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, during weekends, or on Bank Holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.
Next Working Day Delivery
Where available, Next Working Day Delivery applies to orders placed before the daily dispatch cut-off time.
Please note:
- Bank Holidays are excluded
- Some larger, palletised or remote-area deliveries may require additional transit time
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
Dispatch Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information where applicable.
Order status updates may also be available through your online account or marketplace platform.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available at the address, the courier may:
- Leave a calling card
- Attempt re-delivery
- Deliver to a local depot or collection point
If the parcel or pallet is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Please ensure somebody is available to receive large or pallet deliveries where required.
Delivery Access
Customers are responsible for informing us of any delivery restrictions before dispatch, including:
- Narrow roads or restricted vehicle access
- Height or weight restrictions
- Stairs or limited access points
- Commercial site booking requirements
Failure to notify us of restricted access may result in failed delivery charges or additional carrier fees.
For pallet deliveries, kerbside delivery may apply unless otherwise agreed.
Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel or pallet arrives visibly damaged, please:
- Sign for the goods as “Damaged” where possible
- Take photographs before opening
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
This helps us resolve issues quickly with our courier partners.
Overseas Orders
At present, online checkout is available for UK delivery addresses only.

As a UK manufacturer, we are able to arrange export and bulk shipping for selected international customers upon request.
Important Information
A “Working Day” refers to Monday–Friday and excludes Bank Holidays.
While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delivery delays caused by weather, courier issues, peak seasons, or events outside our control may occasionally occur.
Lianpak cannot offer compensation for delayed deliveries, missed installation appointments, or time taken off work in relation to delivery timing.
