Our team aims to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible during normal business hours.

If you wish to cancel an order, we strongly recommend contacting us by telephone as soon as possible. While we monitor emails regularly, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests sent by email will be received before dispatch.


Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lianpak.

If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery, provided the goods are unused, unopened, and in their original condition suitable for resale.

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, an appropriate refund will be processed for the product value only. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Please note:

  • Returned items must be unused and in resalable condition.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns where packaging has been damaged, heavily marked, opened, or altered.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
  • Customers may use their preferred courier service for returns.

For larger or palletised orders, collection charges may apply depending on the size, weight, and location of the shipment. Any applicable collection cost will always be kept to the minimum possible amount.

Once your return has been received and approved, we will confirm by email and arrange your refund promptly.
